Description: Definitely a wilderness stream. Only five cabins are visible in six miles of travel. [Reported 1999]

Difficulties: A lot of strainers in fast water.

Shuttle: The put-in is on Selkirk Road (State Route 3004) in Selkirk, about 2 miles west of State Route 27. To reach the take‑out, continue west on State Route 3004 for about 0.3 miles and turn left/south on Dotyville Road (T 304). Follow T 304 until you come to the Pine Creek Bridge. If you reach State Route 3002 you have gone to far. Return 0.1 miles back to the take‑out.

Gauge: None. Check the level at the Selkirk Road Bridge. If it is deep enough there, then this section should be okay.

Normal Wet Period: No available statistics on seasons. Since this section is tiny, it should normally be runnable only after a heavy rain or during spring snowmelt.
